From Protectors of Public Lands (Victoria): Notice of “Save The Zoo” Publicity Campaign at the Zoo Twilight Concert Series Fridays and Saturdays evenings 31 January to 8 March 2014

Your help is needed for this Friday 31 January 2014 and Saturday 1 February 2014 to hand out flyers and put up signs. We need volunteers for both the main entrance and the north entrance of the Zoo.

You are asked to gather at 4:30 pm at the main Zoo entrance in Elliott Avenue for a “briefing”, to get tasks for the “community information session” and to get materials.

We aim to talk to Zoo patrons leaving the Zoo when it closes at 5 pm then catch the attendees at the Twilight Concert as they queue at the entrances. Continue Reading…
